I some assembler code is required by a library - boost.build has some
limited support to detect platform features.
For instance it is necessary to know for which architecture the lib should
be build. The builtin properties <architecture> and <instruction-set> are
optional properties (so a developer can not rely on it). Additinaly the
binary format has to be known. Suggestion: new builtin property <linkage>
with values like elf, windowspe, mach-o.
