 The compiler arm-920tsoftfloat-linux-gnueabi-g++ (GCC) 4.1.1 does not know
 __sync_lock_test_and_set - extensions.

 It is used in
 boost::asio::detail::gcc_fenced_block::gcc_fenced_block()
