#4339: Minor documentation bug

-----------------------------------------------------+----------------------
I spent quite a lot of time debugging a compile error resulting from the
following misunderstanding (on my part):
The fusion Random Access Sequence (and *Iterator) concept's documentation
states that std::pair('s iterator) is a model of it. However, this is only
true after including the adapted std_pair.hpp headers.
It would have saved me hours of decrypting the error message if there was
a footnote or something similar on these pages pointing to the adapted
std::pair page
