 This fix upgrades

 boost/numeric/interval/hw_rounding.hpp

 file which allows several numeric/interval benchmarks
 to be successfully built and run.

 Without this fix those benchmarks produce the following error message:

 "error Boost.Numeric.Interval: Please specify rounding control mechanism."

 Please note that for successful build of mentioned
 benchmarks on x86 Solaris 5.10 platform you need to
 install Solaris patch 119967-01.

 This patch has fix for bug in <fenv.h> system file which
 othervise will fail with syntax errors.

 There is no problem on Open Solaris though.
