At http://www.boost.org/doc/libs/1_43_0/libs/test/doc/html/utf/user-
guide.html the table of definitions of terms is pretty much unreadable
unless I expand my browser window across two screens.
The rows and columns in the table are too close together so it's not clear
where one definition ends, made worse because the left-hand column wraps
unhelpfully and is justified, making it look like three columns in some
places ("The module" in column one, "test" in column two and "This is a
single binary..." in column three.)
