Milestone: Boost 1.44.0 | Component: iostreams
Version: Boost Release Branch | Severity: Problem

Changes (by danieljames):
* status: new => closed
* resolution: => wontfix
Comment:
This is deliberate. The old file descriptor constructor was removed
because it's badly specified and fixing it could have silently broken
code, see #3517. It you wish to use the old constructor you can define
`BOOST_IOSTREAMS_USE_DEPRECATED`.
