I would like to measure the execution time of a target. Unfortunately
regular timing rules do not do the job for me - user and system time are
not reliable in my usecase as the invoked tool is just a thin wrapper that
forwards the work to new child processes.
Is it possible add a new parameter, that specifies the absolute running
time, to the timing rule invocation?
