 Thanks for comment. It's now clear for me why random access iterator can't
 return a proxy reference.
 For now I was solve the problem by patching file
 boost/iterator/detail/facade_iterator_category.hpp with applied patch
 (version 2). But I not sure that it is right way, so I just closed ticked
 because first solution is incorrect and the second solution not relate to
 multi_array.
