 In Boost asio 1.44, a bug has been introduced in boost/asio/error.h:  it
 #includes "WinError.h".  The correct capitalization is "winerror.h".  This
 prevents compilation of boost asio with target Windows on any OS with a
 case-sensitive file system.  This bug did not exist in Boost 1.43.
