 In {{{boost/fusion/include}}} there are two files
 {{{unfused_generic.hpp}}} and {{{make_unfused_generic.hpp}}} that attempt
 to {{{#include}}} correspondingly named files that do not exist. They
 should be removed. There may be other out-of-date redirect headers that
 also need to be removed, not sure.
