 I have noticed chapter
 [http://www.boost.org/doc/libs/1_44_0/libs/iostreams/doc/guide/buffering.html

 3.11 Buffers] in the Boost.IOStreams User's Guide is empty. It seems it
 has been market as ''To be supplied in the next release'' for a few years
 now.

 Perhaps it's worth to consider updating or removing it.
