 That's not what it looks like. Changeset [66066] (made 4 weeks ago),
 merged a bunch of stuff from trunk to release. That is, it's a change to
 the release branch, not to trunk. This bug report is about a test that is
 failing, and continues to fail, on release.

 Can you clarify?
