 ''I had this working'' - or at least the bjam bit worked - and then I
 tidied up the Jamfile formatting before committing - and now I just can't
 get it working again :(

 Re the missing files - this is an inevitable consequence of using ICU - it
 has to link against the dynamic runtime, so the static runtime variants
 aren't built.

 Time to ask for help...
