 I think you're missing my point.  The actual DLL built is
 {{{boost_bzip2-vc100-mt-gd-1_44.dll}}} but the DLL being sought is
 {{{LIBBZ2.DLL}}}.  Even if the former *were* in the path, it wouldn't
 work, right?
