 The documentation of the iterator library does not list header files that
 need to be included to use all of its components. For example:

 http://www.boost.org/doc/libs/1_45_0/libs/iterator/doc/iterator_adaptor.html


 There is no information there about which files are necessary to get
 access to the class described in the documentation.
