Comment (by andysem):

 There has been made a change in optional.hpp which should reduce the
 amount of warnings. It doesn't remove them all (at least, according to
 tests), but it seem it is as close as it can get without such #pragmas.
 Perhaps, this will be enough to close this ticket?
