 Sorry, environment problem.

 For anyone that comes after, if you install different Windows SDKs, PDKs,
 etc, your WindowsSDKDir environment variable will point to them instead of
 what came with Visual Studio.

 To fix this (for Visual Studio 2008), set


 HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Microsoft SDKs\Windows
 CurrentInstallFolder?=C:\Program Files\Microsoft SDKs\Windows\v6.0a\
