 This code may be included as part of a larger project tree. Existing
 processes in an organization may be configured to perform keyword
 substitution.

 Dealing with this file in a special manner is certainly possible; however,
 making the original source work out-of-the-box with SCCS based solutions
 is both easy to achieve and not harmful.
