 I have code that depends on the use of MPI ssend/issend (synchronous
 send), so I would like to see Boost.MPI support it.

 I'm attaching a patch to this extent; it applies cleanly to Boost 1.45.0
 and 1.46.0.

 The patched code sometimes fails the "nonblocking" test, seemingly at
 random and I'm not able to debug it.  On the other hand, I have been using
 the patched Boost.MPI in production runs of my code for months now without
 any issue so I'm quite confident in it.
