 In your documentation on
 http://www.boost.org/doc/libs/1_46_0/more/getting_started/windows.html
#get-bjam you recommend using the prebuilt version of bjam from
 http://sourceforge.net/projects/boost/files/boost/1.29.0/ (direct download
 link: http://sourceforge.net/projects/boost/files/boost-jam/3.1.18/boost-
 jam-3.1.18-1-ntx86.zip/download).
This version does NOT work with the current boost version on win32.
Zao on irc.freenode.net/#boost told me to use the bootstrap.bat in the
current boost package (tools/build/v2) to build a working version of bjam
 - and this version worked.
