I don't see how that is a solution - how can the author of the Jamfile
know what build properties may be specified on the command line - for
example I don't see how this addresses the original issue above - that
variant, address-model and architechture options don't get passed to the
config check which causes incorrect configuration.
To take another example - what happens if the user is building both 32 and
64 bit binaries, and the configuration for each is different?
