 Currently the documentation for iostreams on the installation of the
 component indicates that when using the boost/iostreams/filter/gzip.hpp
 header that zlib.cpp should be included in the project. This is incorrect
 as it should indicate gzip.cpp
 (http://www.boost.org/doc/libs/1_46_1/libs/iostreams/src/gzip.cpp).
