Comment:

 Okay.  The error seems to come from signals2.  This error also shows up in
 our regression tests
 (http://www.boost.org/development/tests/trunk/developer/signals2.html).  I
 suspect that the answer is that msvc 7.1 is not supported by signals2, but
 let's see if the maintainer has anything to say.
