Windows CE platform is nothing <ctime> function.
example std::localtime, std::gmtime, etc...
boost/date_time/c_time.hpp is direct use "std::localtime", "std::gmtime".
this problem solution is make alternative implementation.
Windows CE platform <ctime> sample implementation is there: OpenTimeCE.
