#5531: MPI-autodetection on Windows does not support MS-MPI v2

Hi there. MPI-autodetection (in mpi.jam) on Windows only looks for MS-MPI
v1 (to be found in "C:\\Program Files\\Microsoft Compute Cluster Pack", as
the product v1 was named Compute Cluster Pack), it overlooks MS-MPI v1 (to
be found in "C:\\Program Files\\Microsoft HPC Pack 2008 SDK" or
"C:\\Program Files\\Microsoft HPC Pack 2008 R2 SDK").
Simple workaround: Extend mpi.jam to search in all three paths (as in the
one attached). Actually, this is the behavior I would like to see by
default).
Kind regards, Christian.
