 Must be done some improvements:[[BR]]
 1) License must be added[[BR]]
 2) BOOST_LEXICAL_CAST_ASSUME_C_LOCALE macro breaks down the original
 design of the library, so it must be commented out (at least from
 documentation)[[BR]]
 3) W3 html validator yields some errors[[BR]]
 4) It is hard to read FAQ (design must be improved)[[BR]]
