Comment:

 Fixed in Boost.Config Trunk, but.... note that DateTime's use of these
 macros seems to be in a mess, and frankly
 BOOST_HAS_GETSYSTEMTIMEASFILETIME could be probably be removed altogether.
 Reassigning.
