 My ~/.subversion/config and ~/.subversion/servers files are commented out
 completely (removing ~/.subversion doesn't help either). I don't normally
 use svn so I don't think I have any environment variables for other
 projects set up. Using bash (instead of zsh) which is fairly stock (PATH,
 MPD, and umask settings are all that are set/modified) results in the same
 issue.
