 Not much different than the analysis in
 https://svn.boost.org/trac/boost/ticket/5847, but with no locks. Filled as
 a separate Tracker since its a different file/platform.

 Pedigree is the same also: shared_ptr => shared_count => sp_counted_base
 => sp_counted_base_{pt|nt}.hpp. It not easy to trace, and I hope I
 followed it correctly from shared_ptr.
