 Boost has introduced new built libraries `libboost_chrono*` and
 `libboost_exception*`, which is not supported by the current `boost.jam`.

 I have attached a patch for this update.

 Note: `libboost_exception*` only has static variants right now, so
 `BOOST_EXCEPTION_DYN_LINK` is not needed to be defined.
