 I considered just applying this change, msvc10 be damned, but then I
 realized that I don't know enough about C++11 to say whether the code is
 well-formed, and Comeau Online rejected your A.cpp source above. Comeau
 C++11 support is far from perfect, but it makes me uneasy that both msvc
 and Comeau reject the code. Can you quote the relevant parts of the
 standard that make A.cpp well-formed?
