 And it can't. register_exception_translator interface is intended to tweak
 a report about unknown exception being thrown from test case.
 BOOST_CHECK_NO_THROW puts expression under test into a simple try catch
 block. You can add you own try/catch if you want to to ignore some
 exceptions.
