 to the boost.pool library documentation. No index.html (auto redirection
 to the html subdirectory) exists in the specified directory, but there is

 be no common recipe how this should be done. Each library seems to enter
 its documentation structure at a slightly different level. Therefore,
 there exist at least 3-4 possibilities for this hyperlink from the
