 This also clashes with LEDA-4.2 which uses a "nil" (for NULL) in the
 global namespace.
 I've attached a patch which replaces "nil" with "nil_" for fusion and all
 usage cases I've found.
 Run Boost unit tests with gcc-4.2 and clang-3.1 (trunk).
 Documentation is not patched.

 Okay to commit?
