Compiling boost/spirit/include/phoenix.hpp with gcc -c -W produces a
warning ("used uninitialized") at optimization levels of -O1 and higher.
Without compiler optimization, i.e. -O0 or optimization flag omitted, no
warning seen.
Problem seen in boost 1.47 and boost 1.48.
