 I have checked the test case against the current Boost trunk (Subversion
 revision 75963). It fails still to compile with Apple gcc 4.2.1 or
 MacPorts g++ 4.5.3 / 4.6.2 and compiles fine with Apple clang++ 3.0 but
 shows wrong runtime behavior.
