1. How do you build the library? Using Boost.Build or some custom tool,
because I don't understand why libtool is actually used.
2. According to the messages it complains that same file names are used
but files are actually different. I don't think it should cause any
problems as the sources are different and as long as everything works I
don't see a problem with that.
So unless you show some problem (like you can't link with the code)
I'll close this ticket as invalid.
