 I`ve successfully compiled and run some tests with all combinations of
 flags BOOST_NO_STRINGSTREAM and BOOST_NO_STD_LOCALE. No errors. I used
 gcc-4.6.1, just as you did.[[BR]]

 Looks like you have bad installation of GCCs STL headers.[[BR]]
 [[BR]]
 Please support more info, so I could reproduce this bug.
