 I just wanted to add that the bug is also present in Boost 1.49.0beta1. As
 this bug happens with g++ and clang++ on Linux and Mac OS X, it might be
 worth to at least mention it as a known issue in the documentation if it
 cannot be resolved until the final 1.49.0 release.
