I just checked out Boost trunk rev. 76906.
{{{test_impl_logged_expectations.ipp.patch}}} hasn't been applied to it
yet to fix the misplaced {{{using namespace}}} statement in
{{{boost/test/impl/logged_expectations.ipp}}}.
