#6562: boost::lexical_cast works for "nan" but throws an error for "NaN"

Severity: Problem | Keywords: lexical_cast

using 1.48 version of lexical_cast works for "nan" but throws an error for
"NaN". I do not think there is a formal specification for Not-A-Number in
string form, but "NaN" is a common usage form.
I have not checked for other variations such as Inf, +Inf, or -Inf which
also are common variations
