 The name of boost/fusion/include/repetetive_view.hpp is misspelled (should
 be repetitive). In addition, it is not included in the forwarding header
 file boost/fusion/view.hpp. The workaround is to explicitly add the
 misspelled header, but this is not consistent with the documentation of
 the library.
