 I was able to address this build issue with the following bjam.  If anyone
 has discovered a better configuration please let me know.


 SET DRIVE=D:

 bjam -a -q -j4 --prefix=%DRIVE%\boost --build-type=minimal --build-
 dir=%DRIVE%\boostBuild_%BOOSTVER% --layout=system toolset=qcc target-
 os=qnxnto threadapi=pthread --

 variant=release link=static threading=multi runtime-link=shared --without-
 python --without-mpi install >build.log 2>&1
