Comment:

 I do not know why the error is corrupted, and cannot reproduce this.
 Please reopen this ticket if you can supply a small, complete test case
 showing this issue.

 The error itself means that the second IP address ("172.20.200.42")
 probably does not identify a valid interface on that system.
