Comment:

 (In [79510]) Fix typo in Hankel function implementation that causes
 incorrect values to be returned for x < 0 and v an odd integer.
 Add additional Hankel function tests.
 Add a couple of missing header inclusion tests.
 Update history in docs, and regenerate HTML.
 Fixes #7135.
