 Boost.Thread v3 may not provide the BOOST_ONCE_INIT. see
 http://www.boost.org/doc/libs/1_50_0/doc/html/thread/synchronization.html#thread.synchronization.once.once_flag


 So, Spirit.Classic depends this behavior with BOOST_THREAD_VERSION=3, and
 may fail compilation.

 I attached the patch for this issues.
