 Some try/catch clauses were already using
 BOOST_TRY/BOOST_CATCH/BOOST_CATCH_END, not all, resulting in compilation
 failure when exceptions are disabled. Attached is a patch (made against
 version 1.48.0) fixing the issue. Based on release notes, seems like this
 was not fixed in later releases.
