I can't comment on the actual code changes since I am not familiar well
enough with all the internals (the threads library has grown quite
significantly over the years).
Do I correctly understand that the users should define
BOOST_THREAD_DONT_PROVIDE_INTERRUPTIONS macro when compiling boost and
using the headers? If so, I couldn't ask for more. Thanks a lot.
