 The current vxworks.hpp is badly outdated. I managed to modify and add
 stuff, so that it works (at least for the RTP), though of course I could
 not test everything.

 While patching the header I stumbled upon some errors in other Boost-
 files, I could fix. I have attached everything I modified.
