 describes “{{{to_utf}}}, {{{from_utf}}} and {{{utf_to_utf}}} functions in
 the {{{boost::locale::conv}}} namespace,” but conspicuously, only the last
 of these three functions is linked, and I can't find the other two in the
 reference documentation.  Also, the mentioned namespace doesn't appear in
 the namespace list at
 http://www.boost.org/doc/libs/1_52_0/libs/locale/doc/html/index.html
